Neighbourhood Plan
What is Neighbourhood Planning?
The Localism Act 2011 introduced statutory Neighbourhood Planning in England. It enables communities to draw up a Neighbourhood Plan for their area and is intended to give communities more of a say in the development of their local area.
A full history of all stages of the Lavant Neighbourhood Plan and its related documents can be found on the South Downs National Park, Neighbourhood Development Plans, website pages. Click here for direct access to the Lavant plan page.
The Lavant Neighbourhood Development Plan was made in August 2017.
