The parish council is not a planning authority and as such does not make final decisions on planning applications. However, the parish council is a statutory consultee and as such receives all planning applications relating to the parish for comment; it is also able to request and comment on any application made within the district. If you wish to view these applications in more detail please go to Chichester or SDNP planning departments. The Parish Council encourages you to give your views on any planning application.
